  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Nope. All sales are final. Please double-check your cart before checkout, once it’s yours, it’s yours.

  • What if something arrives damaged?

    If something shows up busted from shipping, reach out within 5 days with photos and we’ll figure out a solution. Otherwise, no returns/exchanges.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Refunds are only issued if there’s a major issue on our end (wrong item sent, payment glitch, etc.). Otherwise, no.

  • How do payments work?

    Invoices are processed securely through our website. We also sell merch, vintage pieces, and art directly online, same checkout system, no shady back alleys.

  • Can I cancel an order once it's placed?

    Sorry, no cancellations. Once you hit “buy,” consider it sealed and delivered.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Not yet! Right now, we only ship within the U.S., but expanding worldwide is on our wish list.
